Andrew E. Graves Joins Brunswick Boat Group as President - Freshwater Boat Group
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov 09, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- The Brunswick Boat
Group, a unit of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC), announced today that Andrew
E. Graves has joined the company as president of the Freshwater Boat Group.
In his new capacity, Graves will oversee the operations of the Crestliner,
HarrisKayot, Lowe, Lund, Princecraft and Triton brands, with the presidents of
those respective brands reporting to him. Graves will report to Dustan E.
McCoy, president of the Brunswick Boat Group.
Most recently, Graves was president of the Dresser Flow Solutions business
of Dresser, Inc., a leading maker of valves and control solutions for the oil
and gas industry. In that position, he was responsible for four operating
groups with a combined $1 billion in annual sales. From 2001 to 2003, Graves
was president and chief operating officer for Federal Signal Corporation, a
$1.1 billion manufacturer of safety, signaling and communications equipment.
Prior to 2001, Graves had held positions of increasing responsibility with CNH
Global, N.V., FMC Corporation and US Steel.

Graves holds a bachelor's of science degree in metallurgical engineering
